Established in 2010 by Mr. Pratap Kataria, Satyam Petroleum was born from decades spent in the transport industry and one stubborn belief — that engines deserve better oil. Omnisol is its automotive arm: a full range of engine oils, gear & transmission fluids and coolant, formulated for the diverse needs of every rider, driver and fleet.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. Parth Kataria, we've grown into a recognised manufacturer and exporter — using advanced technology and the finest raw materials to deliver performance, protection and longevity across automotive and industrial applications. A true one-stop lubricant solution.

The Beginning
Satyam Petroleum is founded in Rajkot, Gujarat by Mr. Pratap Kataria — a transport-industry veteran determined to build lubricants people could trust.
2015
Building the Network
The Omnisol distributor network spreads across India — state by state, region by region — putting quality oil within reach of every workshop and counter.
2020
A New Chapter
Mr. Parth Kataria — MBA, Nirma University — takes over as Managing Director, bringing modern brand-building, tighter quality systems and a drive to expand.
